It's hard to describe what the exact function of this comprehensive graphical utility called Line Reader is. You could say that it allows the user to set certain lines of separation for what's shown on the screen, and the space contained between these lines to perform a variety of graphical functions.

For example, with Line Reader you can get the exact coordinates of any item on the screen, capture a single graphical content between the two lines (which it can be programmed to do every 5 seconds), zoom in to see in detail of the content, get the exact distance in pixels from one line to the mouse pointer (ideal for graphic design), include both vertical and horizontal lines, and so on.
